Do you accept returns/refunds?

Everything is handmade to order, therefore returns/refunds are not accepted unless the item is faulty. Every item is quality checked before it is packed and shipped, however if the item is faulty you can return the item for an exchange. I am more than happy to exchange your item if it is the wrong size, however the item must be unworn and in the same sellable condition you have received the item in. If an item is returned to us and we can see it has clearly been worn, the item will be returned back to yourself and no exchange given. Please check our size guides for help on choosing the correct size for you. Faulty items/exchanges must be brought to our attention via email within 5 working days of you receiving your order. Please email us at victorialouisefashion@outlook.com with photos of the faulty items so we can arrange a replacement item. After this time frame we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer returns for a refund, we can only offer an exchange or credit note. Please note returns postage must be paid for by yourself.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 5-10 working days (not including weekends) for your order to be made, your order will then be posted after this. 

The majority of scrunchies are already pre-made, meaning these can be more than likely be posted the next working day after the order is placed. However, in busier periods, please allow the 1-5 working days for your order to be made.
If you have a specific date which you need your order by, please message us prior to ordering to check if the timescale is achievable. 
When ordering, please make sure your name and address are correct before completing your order, as orders will be sent to the name and address provided. If you have entered the incorrect address, unfortunately we cannot refund any lost parcels.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Please note once your order has been shipped via Royal Mail, it is Royal Mail's responsibility thereafter, Unfortunately, we cannot take liability for any lost parcels.

Do you accept custom orders?

At this current moment in time we are not accepting custom orders. Everything which is available to buy will be listed on our products page.

How do I care for my items?

For the best, long lasting results, please handwash your items then leave to dry naturally. If your item needs ironing, please iron inside out on a low heat.
